I'm 30 days before starting program for sleeve.. Any suggestions on what I should be doing now..Ins approved but on schedule to start plan in few weeks. So excited..

What plan are you referring to? Your pre-op diet?

To prepare for my surgery I: weaned myself off of pop and caffeine, drank at least 64 oz. of Water a day, exercised at least 60/min a day, focused on slowing down my eating, chewing thoroughly and started sampling Protein shakes.

Thanks for the info.. I can't begin the nutrition plan for in ins till July 13. Then 3 months I can have surgery.
