Just recently quit smokung

This was hard! But worth it. I think cigarettes are a very addictive drug because if they weren't it would be easier to quit. I've wanted and needed to quit for a while, and this gave me the incentive. Happy, healthier life!!

  • I quit at the end of 2013. Very hard, but so worth it. I smoked over 35 years.

  • @@perk4756 Good job! Such a huge accomplishment! I too quit a couple months before surgery after smoking for almost 25 years. I honestly think I'm more proud of quitting smoking than I am the surger

I quit on 4-1-14 in preparation for this surgery. Best decision ever. My hubs quit with me. We both smoked 30+ years.
