Relax and trust in the process. This is coming from a gal 14 months post-op who had the same worries as everyone else on the board. "Am I getting enough protein and water?", "Am I losing fast enough?"

Yes, you're weighing every day. Stop doing that. Seriously. You won't have any stalls if you don't get on the scale. I stepped on the scale about 6 times in the first 3 months, so I never had a 3

That is totally how I feel!!!!! I guess after so much unsuccessful dieting I was just feeling like this was gonna fail too.....I think I'm gonna hide my scale for a while and just trust the process.

ok I had my surgery 5/11 and I've lost 18lbs. Tomorrow will begin my 2nd week and for the last 5 days I haven't lost a single pound. I know I shouldn't weigh everyday but I have been. I know there's the 3 weeks stall but I'm not even in my 2nd week. I am still drinking 2 protein shakes a day and getting about 65-70 grams of protein per day. is there anything else I can change, am I doing something wrong?
