Bacon....yum

  • Popular Post

Had my 12 day post op exam with my doctor today. He was pleased with my progress and green lighted me for eggs, tuna, and most importantly: BACON. Had it extra, extra, extra, crispy. So 4 bites of scrambled eggs and a piece of Bacon later, I left a VERY happy man from my local diner. Also cleared to eat chili! Can't wait for dinner!

Pork bacon?

It was about 3 oz of food. I actually ate a whole small Wendy's chili tonight. I feel comfortably full. I did notice my focus is back, thank goodness

Yes, pork bacon

Just wanted to congratulate you on your diet advance. I read that another member, also had the chili @ Wendy's and it was a successful meal. It's really nice to be able to eat "normal" foods, while still staying on track. I'm only allowed eggs, yogurt, string cheese, and Protein shakes. Which is no problem, but I think I'm going to turn into a stinkin a giant piece of protein...chocolate flavored. ???? lol
