Can you take the Gummie calcium? I just bought 2 jars then thought about whether or not we can use them. I can't do the huge calcium pills just awful

    I am not sure if you can use the gummy version or not. My center offers calcium chewables that taste like orange Starburst and caramel chewables that are three times a day.

    My surgeon specifically told me NOT to consume ANYTHING gummy at all because it doesn't digest.

    I think they're not citrate. I cldnt find any. Good to know about bad digestion
