Cold medicine!

Can anyone recommend a good cold medicine I can take now that I have my sleeve and can not take Aleve cold and sinus.

Vicks rub & Halls always helps me feel better. Plus plenty of fluids. It's not a cure, but it's nice when you can't breathe a little easier.
