I've had my band for 5 years now and I love it. I lost a total of 90 lbs. over a period of a year 1/2. I had my lap band done in Mexico but I get my fill done locally in Dallas.

I just found a new Protein Drink I wanted to share with everyone. Its called Isopure. It has 40 grams of Protein, zero carbs, zero fat and zero sugar, best of all it tasted pretty good. Its been the 1st protien drink that I have been able to keep down because I have my band pretty tight.
