Excess Skin

My name is Christina and I am new to this site! I have a tentative surgery date on June 29th 2015. I have one more set of appointments and then all my info gets submited for final approval! One of the things I've been worrying about is the excess skin issue. I am wondering if anyone has had any luck doing lots of toning and working out post op and was able to prevent this?
