gas pain

Had my surgery yesterday and doing well. everyone talks about gas pain. I havent experienced this yet-- does it usually come on a certain day post op?

    I've read it's different for everyone. Some people are still finding the gas issues a couple of weeks post-op, some folks never have issues. Just keep walking/moving (that's what the experienced folks say) and you may keep it at bay, or if you have issues, that will help it get out.
