My story

Hi everyone, my names Kerry & I had my bypass 9th feb this year & lost 4 stone 5lb up to now. Can't believe how much my life's changed (food wise) I love food & always have, I do find it hard some days as I still have the cravings for food I should stay away from & if I'm honest I have had a taste of some things I shouldn't. I've found going on the solid stage hard, only this week I've been able to eat more solids, which I'm loving as I've lived on mushy food for so long. Can't wait to hear all your success stories.

Hi Kerry,

I have not had my surgery yet, but if you have just had "tastes" and are satisfied, I would say you are doing great. What country is the stone measurement from? I had to do a stone to pound conversion to learn that one stone was equivalent to 14 pounds.

Good luck!
