1 month post-op sadness

Before surgery I said I wouldn't complain about the amount of weight I loose, but now I find it hard to do. I had the gastric bypass on 4/7/15 and I've lose 18 pounds the first 2 weeks. The past 2 weeks I've lose 0 pounds, and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I thought based on my SW (360) alone that the pounds would be falling off a little faster.

Your at the famous stall. Happens to everybody. Around 3 weeks out i started to not lose anything and then before i knew it, the weight started coming off again. Its totally normal! Theirs a thread on here about the stall. Gotta search for it. Explains everything.

The very same thing happened to me. My first month out I was devastated as I lost nothing for 2 weeks (weeks 3-5) after losing 20 lbs. the first two weeks. However, the pounds started coming off again, slowly at first and then right back on track. I am now just past my 2 month mark (week 9) and am very happy with my weight loss per week. Take a deep breath and know that we have all been there. :)
