I fell off my diet too the week before surgery but still met my weight loss goal. Sort of a funeral for the foods I loved the most and knew I would probably never eat again. It was not a problem. The main thing is liquids only the day before surgery, nothing to eat or drink after 8:00 the evening before. Good Luck. This is an amazing ride.

It depends how far you fell. If you ate healthy lean meat and veggies, you will be fine. If you went crazy at an all you can eat buffet, you may be in trouble. Definitely get back on the wagon now.
