woke up with sore scratchy throat

I know had a tube down my throat for surgery but had been fine up until today . Had gastric band on 4/23. Now lymph nodes at base of neck feel swollen. My throat is a little sore and scratchy? Trying protein shakes today don't really like them. I like the clear liquids much better. They seem to be going down ok just seem to coat my throat and make it worse. Anything to worry about?

I think I was allergic to pain pill. Once I quit taking it my throat swelling and soreness went away.
