Hungry where is my restrictions? Help 2 years out!

I am always hungry n can't seem to get full!!! Have been in size 14 for a year ! What do I do? Please help !

Hello @@Laurabrown929! Are you keeping with your Protein first rule? Are you making sure that you are mostly filling up with solid protein and then veggies? Are you working out regularly (At least 30 Mins per day, 5x per week)? Do you do any kind of muscle toning routine? If you need to get back on track, here is a little eating plan you might find useful. Good luck!
