MMMMM BAKED EGG CUSTARD

I have always had trouble with protein shakes or bars as I just can`t stand the taste.I have started making a baked egg custard which is very easy to make and I make it with milk, eggs, stevia (which is a natural sweetner)and sprinkle with a little nutmeg. If you want you can enrich it with some skimmed milk powder. It is just so delicious a real old fashioned food and full of protein.I can eat it any time hot or cold even for breakfast. If you are having trouble getting all your protein give it a try.Pippinleicester.

There are loads of recipes for but i used 4 large eggs, a pint of skimmed milk ,two tablespoons of stevia and nutmeg to taste.I beat all the ingredients together except nutmeg which i sprinkled on before baking.I think your oven settings may vary from the UK so i will just say bake in a low to moderate oven till set.Just put in baked egg custard in computer and you will get loads of recipes just use stevia instead of sugar.pippinleicester.

I love Flan... I may have to try this!
