There could be any number of reasons for that. You'll have to give us some more information: Have you had any fills? What are you eating, and how much? Are you exercising? Do you have any underlying health issues that cause weight gain or that might make you resistant to weight loss? Are you on any medications that might cause it?

And most importantly, have you talked with your surgeon about it?

I have any many fills. One fill every month except this month. I have 11 cm band and I am up to 7.75. I am not eating much. I have cut off sodas and I eat very little starches. I have only lost 15 lbs and I got my lapband Dec 21, 2006. I am not exercising but I am not on any medications and I don't know of any health issues that I might have.

Are you religiously counting your calories? I use sparkpeople.com and enter every bite I put in my mouth--it's amazing how those little bites add up. Have you talked to your doctor? Try exercising a little each day--start with walking 20 minutes a day or less if you can't do that. Are you eating Protein first? Are you drinking with your meals? Do you feel like you have restriction? Are you honestly following the bandster rules?

Tough love, I know. But something isn't right. You need to honestly look at what you are eating and why you aren't exercising, and then evaluate what is going on. Talk to your doctor!
