3 months post op

I'm 3 months post sleeve. Have lost 75lb and in the past week or so I feel like I want to eat continuously. It's not a normal hunger feeling that I'm used to. And I don't feel it's emotional just my body needing more as I exercise and acclimate. Is this normal? I stay around 1000 calories and 60-80 carbs and 80-100 protein

Are you using an acid reducer? If not, call your surgical team and ask if it would be ok for you to use one. Also, if you ARE already using one, ask them if they could up the dose for you, if it is ok. Cut your carbs, I am allowed 20g. Carbs will make you want more carbs. A no-win game. Try to eat protein first, with very tiny amounts of carbs as the last thing, and make sure they are good carbs, not simple sugars. Vegetables and fruit for the carbs. You have done great losing 75lbs! Well done!!!!!
