    I'm in Camp Springs MD and travel all the way to Frederick MD with Dr. MCKENNA. I had a friend go with the practice and used my flex spending to pay the fee. My insurance requires 90 day nutrition and I started in February 2016. Hoping to schedule for late June 2016
