Post Op diet questions.

Had sleeve done 4/14/15. Currently am on clear liquids. However the broths are killing me, so much sodium and making my mouth dry. I'm still trying to consume enough water as it is daily. Any suggestions or brands to look out for? Appreciate any help!

Yeah. Premier protein is working really well. I'm just trying to mix it up. This week I can have cream soups, so maybe that will help a little. I just hate having dry mouth all day.

I've been using Body Fortress and I think I'm not processing it well. I'm so gassy.

Try SF jello.

You can certainly switch to a low sodium broth or better yet, make your own!? Too much salt will make you retain fluid anyways. Try drinking some electrolytes as well. That worked for me! And lots and lots of warm herbal tea ( my bff first month post surgery!)
