  1. Thank you both so much! That's what I was thinking and thanks to the forum info here I've already taken gas x and smaller sips. My surgeon won't let me have anything but liquids for 2 weeks post-op.
  2. I've been using Body Fortress and I think I'm not processing it well. I'm so gassy.
  3. I am 6 days post-op and when I swallow I'm having so much pain. Not to mention my stomach and bowels are rumbling and churning with gas. I feel so bloated. Any suggestions?
  4. Are you taking any protein shakes?
