Stall? But for how long?

Ok I was sleeved on 3/16 and to this day have lost a total of 23 lbs. I lost those quickly within the first 2 1/2 weeks. I've been at a stall since last week and still nothing. Its aggravating! I kno I'm not getting my protein completely but I am getting a little. Probably about 40 grams a day..and not enough water either, it takes me a half day to drink a bottle even with crystal light. Ugh! I'm so upset! Hellllp

I have not lost ANYTHING in the last 3 weeks. I had my sleeve on 3/9. I just hung up from my surgeon's office and they told me I am not allowed to step on the scale until I come to their office next week. I think it is normal.

Totally normal. It's the three week or so stall that most people go through. Don't stress. It will pass. Read the link to explain why they happen and why they are completely normal.

Great link above. I'll refer back to it!
