I purchased the variety case which has 2 bottles of each of the flavors. I tried a couple of them and they were just totally disgusting to me. However, my 24 year old daughter (who isn't on a weight

Like the others said…you just have to try them. They have some nice nutritional stats, but their taste isn’t for everyone.

Tried grape frost, the melon and finished the both off, very good cold. Fruit punch was terrible. I'm going to order the smaller 4 packs through amazon.

The orange one is amazing. There is a lot of protein in it so it makes your mouth feel a little dried out. But I usually get a big cup and pour half of it full of water then mix in some of the drink. Still tastes really good just a lot less intense. Plus your body can only process 20 grams of protein every few hours anyway. So watering it down is definitely the way to go.

Passion Fruit wasn't that bad but they're a bit pricey

Thanks for that tip!!

Grape is good! It does leave a chalky pastey feeling in your mouth but not bad tasting. I would drink one daily if they weren't almost five bucks a pop! But it's nice when you haven't gotten your protein in and you need to!

If you can find one you like, I suggest buying them by the case from Vitamin Shoppe. Most days I drink half a bottle, mixed with 10oz of whatever makes it taste better :) it's an excellent way to get 20g of protein, and 20 oz of fluids!
