Wow! So thats what happens.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to post something that I found to be an amazing inspiration to me. I hear all the time about starvation mode but never really took the time to know exactly what is happening inside my body. I wanted to share this link for anyone that is interested in knowing the biology of our bodies. This helped me to understand that I am normal and my body knows exactly what it is doing. Thank God for science! Anyway, Enjoy and thanks for reading.
