Putting too much pressure on yourself can make you chicken out of your workout. If you find yourself trying to talk yourself into skipping your workout, make a deal with yourself. Tell yourself you’ll warm up for at least five minutes, and then if you still feel tired, you can quit. Chances are, you’ll keep going for your full workout.
