Have any of you experienced lack of stamina? As in you don't have as much stamina as you did pre op? I am sadly having that issue... I was wondering if lack of calories could possibly add to that? My surgeon said most people are doing more at this point but I am doing less
I will be 2 months April 10. I had expressed a rapid heart rate before, which I am still struggling with (only on exertion not resting) but that is SLOWLY improving. I had a CMP and I am not dehydrated, however I am SLIGHTLY low on potassium. Not enough for an Rx. Anyway, I was just wondering if this sounds normal at all? My surgeon said he has literally never had a patient who has had a high heart rate upon normal exertion, but said my heart sounds perfectly fine just fast. I don't feel ANY better at all..in fact I feel worse than when I was heavier...at least then I could do more. Is it normal to regret surgery this far out? Thanks! I hope my body and everyone else's acclimates soon!!
