Drain pain

Had anyone else experienced a lot of pain at their drain site? My other incisions really don't hurt at all, but the incision where my drain is placed hurts a lot. Everytime I stand up or sit down it feels like the incision is splitting open. I have a really hard time taking my pain meds because their taste makes me sick. I have my follow up appointment Tuesday where the drain will be removed, I just didn't know if what I am feeling is normal.

Mine was uncomfortable, but not terribly sinful. At one point I thought it was infected because of local pain. Once it was out I was fine though. Hang tight
