Dinner recipes

Hi all,

I am 5 weeks post op, and have been eating soft to normal foods for the past week.

Just wanting to know what types of foods you are having for dinner?, that seems to be my biggest struggle area, dinner time!!

    When I was at that stage I had refried beans with sour cream, avocado purée, cheese , ricotta bake or crab cakes I made w/o bread crumbs. You can also do chicken salad blended tuna or ham salad blended.
