Gas pain- NO JOKE!

Just had my rny surgery on Monday. Everything went really well and doc discharged me yesterday. I don't have any pain at my incisions but This Gas pain is Killin me. I've been using gas x strips but they don't seem to be helping. Anyone with advice our suggestions? Please tell me this is short lived ????

I used chewable gas x and that helped enough for me to walk and work it out. It took a few days though. Hang in there.

I hated it at the time but walking every hour helped me a ton
