Congratulations on having the surgery and beginning your post op journey to a healthier you !! I, like you, had no complications after surgery and was up and walking (doing laps around the nurses station and the wing of the hospital) the morning after my 4pm RNY surgery the prior day on 12/15/14. I'm now down 66 lbs post op and I feel great. The only regret I have is not having the surgery sooner. Best of luck to you !!

Happy to hear that all went well. Thanks for the walking advice. My surgery is Monday and I'm trying to prepare for the other side.

Glad to hear everything went well and you're doing well. I hope I can report the same thing. I,m to have my surgery next Thursday. I'll try to remember that information about walking. I am starting to get nervous. Once again, glad everything went well and wishing you much success.
