Making Myself Crazy!

I've done so much obsessive research, I'm literally making myself crazy over this! I originally wanted to be resleeved and thought that Dr. Wilhmey was the perfect surgeon for the job, then through my research I decided a revison to MGB would be best and Dr. Rodriguez would be the man for the job (Dr. Wilhmey doesn't do revisions to MGB) then last night I find a post where someone went to him in February and had a bowel punctured (I know things happen) but still in all honestly I'm amazed by the following and support of both Dr. Ramos Kelly and Dr. Illan on FB which makes me think if SOOO many had such great expereinces with them, maybe one of them would be the better choice....I would love to have this done in April and that's getting close, I'm seriously starting to lose sleep over this, it's such a hard decision and I want to make sure I make the best one, especially with this being my 3rd and final attempt to get it right!!

I definitely think it's worth taking the time to do the research and make an educated decision. If you just decided on MGB within the last few days, slow down and really find out what you are getting

Even if you had done more research, you might have reached the same conclusion. I see a lot of people on these forums that have had a lot of success going from band to sleeve. Every outcome is differe

Well, I hope you have success with MGB. It sounds like you've had a pretty rough go of it and it must really suck to have to undergo so many operations. Wishing you the best of luck on whichever surge

I researched obsessively for 6 plus months, I read everything I could get my hands on, I watched videos, read medical research, talked with surgeons and many many people who have had various procedures as well. MGB was the best choice for me without a doubt.

Which doctor did you end up going with?
