gotta keep that one!

That's pretty good but I don't find myself missing to much yet because I don't feel like I am on a diet. Looked at this as a lifestyle change and did so much research before hand that it became easy once I made my decision. Now I just want to help others who are struggling and I get lost in that at times..

I definitely don't consider postop life as dieting. The joke reminded me of the diet hell I lived in for 20 years before having VSG. Now it's mostly silver lined clouds ⛅️and flute playing angels ????

Well, I don't know about flute playing Angels, but thinking of this as a life style change rather than a diet is the way to go.
