Cold Medicine

Does anyone know of the best cold medicine to take after bariatric surgery? Does it matter?

I bet your Surgeon could answer that question for you. Although, there are probably some doctors, nurses and veteran bariatric patients who could answer it as well. For sure not Alka seltzer! I work with someone just back from sleeve surgery and she has a really bad head cold. But I don't know if she's taking anything for it.

NyQuil was ok by my surgeon.

I was allowed NyQuil and DayQuil also.
