Talk to your nutritionist. I don't particularly care for chia so I didn't use it, but spirulina and cacao were no problem. In fact my fav was protein powder, cacao, greek yogurt and almond butter. Sort of taste like Reese's to me. When in doubt, call your nutritionist.
