Hello,
My Name is Frances, i'm not sure if this is the place to do this but just a little about myself. I am 37 I am very happily married to a wonderful man and i have 2 children. I have been thinking about surgery for the last year, and when i told my primary doctor i was ready he was so happy. I am more then ready for this and even more so now that i haqve gone to the informational meeting last night. I have an appointment with the nutritionist next monday and the doctor the day after. My insurance covers just about 100%, i will have to pay for the hospital stay so i am hoping it is not more then 1 night. At this point i am not really scared about the surgery, i am more scared/nervous about the after. More spacificaly the drinking Water part, all i drink is water but i tend to get busy and forget to drink. Until my body says hello i'm thursty, needless to say that for the last month (since i decided i was doing this) i have been trying really hard to make sure i am drinking the correct amount of water. On another note is there an ap for this site or even a facebook page that i can get on my phone, so that i can have the support at any time day or night?
I tend to go on and on so if i do at time i am sorry about that. Thank you in advance for all of the beging help and support, i have been told many great things about this group.
