Week 2....what to eat?

Well it has been 7 days, and after a week of Water and Gatorade it is finally time to eat a few more things.

The doctor told me to start every day with a Protein shake.

They told me I could eat pudding, blended Soups, cottage cheese.

Any suggestions on these? What to buy? Anything else to get?

Any of the cream soups blended would be good. I did some egg drop and hot n soup from my local Chinese restaurant at that stage. @@Joey Jackson

Butternut squash soup!

I wasn't allowed blended soups, but I was allowed strained cream soups. My favorites were cream of shrimp and Progresso Chicken Cheese Enchilada.
