Nightmares....really?

So I have my approval, but no date. Waiting on the results of my EGD. I have Barretts Esophagus and am hoping that we can proceed with the bypass but fear has me in its grip...woke up having a nightmare that they told me I have stomach cancer or some weird disease. I normally don't have nightmares but when I do have one it has to be so real!!

Maybe try some meditation before bed to ward off the nightmares. You are so close! The waiting for the surgery date was the hardest part for me (so far). Good luck!
