Good pillow

I was going to go out and get a pillow for post op. What's the best pillow to get? A normal pillow or a body pillow

I would definitely recommend a body pillow. Especially if you're a side sleeper or tummy sleeper. As the weight comes off you don't have as much cushion. I'm 2 1/2 months post op and it's really hard for me to get comfortable. I'm debating on getting a pregnancy pillow.

When I was prego my husband was my body pillow. We slept in a twin bed so no room. Lol I would sleep so my tummy was tucked between him and the bed lol
