Sleeved 2/9, now down 31 lbs Loving Life!

I have never posted in a forum for anything, hope I'm doing this right. I was sleeved on 2/9 and I am down 31 lbs as of 3/2. Walking on the treadmill everyday about 3 miles. Having issues getting to the 80 grams of protein, and think that this might be the week the rapid losses begin to slow down. This surgery has changed my life, and hopefully prolonged it!!

  • Congrats on your progress so far! From what I've read/seen on forums, Facebook, and YouTube a lot of people have problems getting in the protein. You are not alone!

Glad you are doing well. I need to be on here more often. I'm 9 months out and still struggle with getting enough protein in.

Congrats! Hubby and I made the decision to this together - I was sleeved in October and he was sleeved in January. He is down 55 and it is such a great experience to be going through together!

So proud of your accomplishments and I have to say that I am training for a half marathon and my hubster is working out every day so he as full rotation for his golf swing.

Be so proud of yourself and your accomplishment. This is a great tool to get your life back. Enjoy the spring and always remember we are all here to support you and each other.

Way to go!
