New to BP

Hi there! Today is day one of my pre-op diet! I'm on this for 3 weeks and very nervous about it. I hope I still have a few friends left after this! Lol

I've been attending weight wise clinics in Edmonton, AB since January 2014 and have lost 13 lbs so far. I started out at 258 and sick. I feel much healthier now and am excited to finally have my surgery date! March 24th. Any other Albertans out there?

Well for goodness sake! My phone kept saying timed out so I kept trying! Lol- sorry for the excessive posting! ????

Stay focused and you will do just fine! One step closer :)

The pre-op diet can be tough, but hang in there! When you have moments of weakness, come here to vent instead of turning to food.

This is very good advise! I'm counting down the hours till I can crawl into bed and not think about food! Lol
