Bronchitis dehydration and blood work

I feel like death warmed up. The bronchitis landed me in the er for 11 hours. I was so dehydrated my potassium was so critically low ot was a danger to my heart. Chronic diarrhea nausea vomiting and coughing up my lungs has made it nearly impossible to eat. My kidneys are shutting down, I'm on potassium, magnesium, antibiotics, tessalon pearls, also my vit d and calcium are low. I feel like I'm falling apart. 7 weeks post op and not feeling hunger don't help. I'm scared I'm going to end up with an NG tube. I've lost 35 pounds since surgery but I'm afraid my body isn't recovering well.

Take care and feel better soon. Sounds like nasty bacteria is getting you down. Protein shakes and fluids. Go back to basics and make yourself sip sip sip

I'm doing a little better but now have to see my surgeon. Then I have to find a kidney and a heart doctor!
