I was ok until they rolled me in the OR but they gave me some happy drugs to calm me and the next thing I knew I was waking up in the recovery room. Long story short: you are going to be OK and you are going to be soooo glad you did it. Today is one month from when I had surgery and I have already lost 51 lbs. Yes... 51 pounds in a month.

Wow 51 pounds in a month cbp0229 that's crazy. Congrats;) Foodfighter78 I'll try the tea;) I guess I also should've mentioned that I have anxiety disorder in the 1st place. Just seems to be getting worse right now.

I'm scheduled for March 19th, 3 weeks from today. Foodfighter78 has some good advice, PRAY! God says in scripture to put all your cares upon Him and He'll give you a peace that passes all understanding. Try it, you might like it!!

I had anxiety too,

I didn't make a big deal of saying bye to my family when going down.

I also told the team and if there was something that I felt would calm me down, I would tell them.

I also focused on breathing and calming thoughts, and started doing that the week before

You will be fine :)
