I've received my date today - May 21. Anyone else here being sleeved in May?

I was sleeved on May 16 in Tijuana. Day 2 post-op, feeling pretty good! My surgeon was Dr Ramirez.

May 26th in North Carolina. I'm on day 7 of 2 week liquid diet & doing well so far. I meet with my surgeon tomorrow for my preop appt. Getting close????

Had my surgery yesterday. Feeling good.

I just got sleeved on May 18th! Yay!

Congratulations! That is when I had mine.

I was sleeved on May 21 as well and do well.

How is everyone doing now? What is your total weight loss? How are you feeling?

@@juju79 - I am doing pretty good, hoping to hit a personal goal of -100 by 12/31/15, which is about 7 lbs. I am pretty sure the honeymoon is over but that's okay ~ I got this!

@@jane13 7lbs away from 100, that is great. I'm down 70lbs. My only issues are heartburn(I never had before) and I've thrown up a lot. I'm not sure if I'm not chewing slow enough or what but I go to see the doctor on the 9th.

@@juju79 - I haven't had either one of those issues, thank goodness.

I have ate one too many bites and wished I could throw up about a month post-op. That was a scary feeling. I wanted to just get a little up, but I knew that was stupid I was only about 3 wks post...

Did you have heartburn before? I did, but not bad. I haven't had it really at all since surgery.

I never had heartburn before the surgery. I have it so bad now that it wakes me in the middle of the night. I can't eat any seasoning or it fires it up. I can say that I'm on medication for it and it helps a lot

Hi!! I had my surgery May 25th with Dr. Alvarez in Piedras Negras. I'm down 112 pounds from 410 to 298 in just a little bit over 6 months. I'm feeling great and Dr. Alvarez and his staff treat you like royalty. He's AMAZING!
