How long!?

Hey guys ive started my journey late jan im got most of my pre op appts scheduled in March.. Around how many months did it take you guys to have surgery.. I have BCBS btw..!

    I have bcbs nj as well. I started all my appts in February and finished w/ my last appt last week . My surgeons office sent the paperwork to bcbs last week and I received an approval in 2 days. Surgery scheduled for tomorrow. Bcbs is fast . Only requirements I had was a visit with the nutritionist , psychologist and elf, and chest X-rays and the normal blood work.

    About 5 months from my first appointment to surgery, but my surgeon was also backlogged on surgeries a bit.
