    Tomorrow is the day for me! Surgery is at 7am...I'm down 14 pounds since I started the liquid pre-op diet..yea! I'm ready to get this done...hope today flies by...

    March 25th for me! Lil over a week to go and the anxiety is setting in. Trying to fight the urge to stress eat, but it's so hard. How is everyone doing so far, either before or after?

    Hi Everyone

    I was banded march 5th and I am doing good now. It was hard in the beginning since the shoulder gas pain was terrible. I am almost on pureed foods and looking forward to it. I am scared that when I get to solid foods, I will fall into my old habits. I am getting my first fill on April 8th. I am hoping to find my sweet spot right away.
