My nutritionist recommends Flintstones Complete. Go figure!

My team also recommends Flintstones Complete. I don't love the taste, but at least I'm not paying an arm and a leg for the privilege. :)

I just picked up vitamins from a GNC store. They are women vitamins in a powder form. At the store they told me that I can put in on my shake. Do vitamins has to a bariatric ones? I also got calcium, iron , vitamin d, vitamin b and some lean shakes 25.

I'll start my preop diet on Monday.

I take Flintstones. I you aren't using chewable vitamins you may not be getting all the benefits. There's a reason why they recommend chewables.

If you take Flintstones Complete, do take the right ones since they have several "complete" formulas that all differ from each other. Get the chewable ones (not gummy) in the purple bottle that are like the kind you took as a kid. I also take chewable or liquid calcium citrate and Kind brand liquid B12.

I take centrium chewables. You don't have to buy the bariatric specific ones. Also you don't have to have chewables. Just no gummy kinds since they lack thiamine. Do your research and consult your surgeon and team. They know best.

My nutritionist also recommend Flintstones complete. I don't know that they are "sufficient", but they are about the same ingredients as the Bariatric Advantage--my list has them both as either/or. Plus I take extra B6, B12, Calcium, D, Biotin.... Think that's all? All required by my surgeon.
