Going backwards with food 3 weeks post op?

I had my surgery on 1/29 and was doing really good up until the last few days. I just started the third phase of the post op diet and I have been throwing up after only 3-4 bites of food. Also, my stomach has been really queezy, and I have been dizzy and lightheaded. Did any one experience this?

are you getting enough Water? that would cause the dizzy and lightheaded, also..if you get the feeling of throwing up after you eat...try eating less...sometimes in that phase you are pretty much introducing your stomach to different foods and it may not be able to tolerate as much as they say you should....go slow..take it easy and after a bite or two sit back and see how it sits before eating more.

Hope that helps ;)
