I'm 4 days post op and haven't gotten on the scale yet. I'm kind of scared. They weighed me in the hospital the day after surgery and I was up 4 lbs - which I know is common after the surgery. I think I'm going to wait until 1 week post op and maybe weigh myself only every week....i don't want to get too caught up in the numbers but i'm anxious to see them come down.
