I am three months post op down 55+lbs I love my sleeve but I wish I had written a letter to myself listing why I chose surgery and more than just lose weight. I have been fortunate-no problems no complications but that has been a hinderance in a way. I could drink 64 oz from 2 weeks out and a taste here or there of "forbidden" food or even cheating does not cause me any problem. I am back in ketosis mode losing a pound a day. I would encourage you to write yourself a letter listing everything you want, not just weight loss. This is a big investment in your life and when things get easy and you go off track, because you will go off track, something to help you remember you're important and loved and find your way home. Enjoy the journey life is good!
