Yes it is a good option. I never used it though, I didn't like the taste. But lots do, so don't let my one opinion stop you.

Premier protien RTD shakes are exactly what I drank prior to surgery. I think they taste great. My new favorite Protein mix in Syntax nectar brand - no sugar, no carbs. The taste is awesome. Love the vanilla bean torte and the chocolate truffle!

I used them pre-op. I switched to Unjury so my cost would be less. Also, my first week post-op, I was told to drink protein shakes made with water. That leaves out the Premier shakes. I did like the convenience of them. But I like the flavor of Unjury better.

I have not done the pre-op diet yet but I do use Unjury for my protein shakes. I have for years. I love the chicken flavor. And the strawberry is more like a fruit punch. Which I like.
