I'm 5 months post-op now, but still eating the same as I was at 4 months. I don't track calories, but I know the calorie counts for my protein bars, yogurt, and cheese sticks. Those come out to 510 calories per day. In addition to those, I have meat of some sort for lunch and dinner every day. Assuming those are close to 200 calories a meal, I'd be at 910 calories per day right now.

I was/am eating between 700-1000 calories per day.

I was around 800 but soon bumped myself up to 900-1000 because my weight loss was stalling frequently. Seemed to do the trick.
